Why kenaf

A high-potential fibre crop with wide industrial reach.

Kenaf applies across multiple industrial sectors, including paper substitutes, packaging materials, biocomposites, fibre boards, absorbent materials, animal bedding, geotextiles, and other green products.

The opportunity is anchored in a significant market gap linked to import substitution, including an estimated annual import burden of about US$60 million in jute sacks and related materials in Ghana.
